Paper

MPF Engineered Filters manufactures a full range of Cellulose-Polyester and MERV 15 Nanofiber cartridges for dry applications such as shot blast, mining, gas turbine, metal working etc.

Nanofiber media features a fine layer of synthetic polymers on cellulose-polyester base. This ultra-thin layer traps dust and fume particles on the surface before it can embed deeper in the media. This leads to better cleaning, extended filter life and cleaner air quality.

MPF paper cartridges are available in a wide range of configurations including various end cap styles, lengths up to 52” (132 cm), gasket cross-sections and media grades.

    Built into every MPF cellulose cartridge are the following unique design features:

  • Standard Density – utilizes a very large pleat lock. This opens the pleat and allows for better dust release, especially in situations where the dust has a tendency to pack into the pleats.
  • Medium Density – utilizes a medium sized pleat lock. This design offers the benefits of a fairly open pleat and additional filter area.
  • High Density – utilizes a small pleat lock. This design, which is best suited for non-packing dust, maximizes the filter area allowing the cartridge to handle higher air flows at a lower pressure drop.
